Have you ever done the exercise where you look at the big picture vision you have for your business and identify the person you need to be to achieve that?
While this is a valuable exercise, because we can’t wait until after we achieve "the thing" to be the version of the person who is able to achieve it (as that just doesn’t make sense)
I feel there’s a flaw or missing piece in the exercise that makes it harder for us to ‘be that version’ now, which in turn makes the goals harder to reach.
